Luxuriously furnished, Casa Santiago boasts two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite), lounge/diner, separate kitchen and hall. There is a south/west facing terrace and a north/east facing patio, giving the benefit of sun at all times of the day.

The terrace enjoys sea and valley views and is equipped with quality furniture - a beautiful spot for late-afternoon sunbathing, and evening dining in the warm glow of the Mediterranean sunset .The patio, meanwhile, is a great spot for breakfast 'al-fresco', and also has table and chairs for four.

The private garden, meanwhile, has a quality, professionally installed timber-deck, enjoying summer sunshine from early morning until the early afternoon. A great spot for breakfast or lunch 'al-fresco', it is equipped with table and chairs for four and a gas barbecue.

Casa Santiago has a private underground parking space with remote control entrance, and an elevator which takes you right to the apartment door.

The lounge has patio doors out to the terrace, and is tastefully furnished with leather sofas, lamp tables, dining suite, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is a selection of DVDs and CDs available for your viewing and listening pleasure.A stocked wine rack is also available for your convenience, just replace what you use before you leave.

Both bedrooms have twin beds, drawer units and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom also has a patio door onto the terrace. Hairdryers are provided in both rooms.

The kitchen is fully fitted, with vitroceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, kitchen utensils etc. are provided.

Each bathroom is beautifully tiled with a four piece suite comprising WC, bidet, wash-hand basin and bath with shower above.
 

The apartment has marble floors throughout, except in the bathrooms and kitchen which have non-slip tiling. A safe deposit box is provided for your security and peace of mind.

All bed-linens and towels are supplied. (Please provide your own beach/pool towels.) Weekly linen/towel change.
