| Casa Santiago is located within the 'MonteCanada' complex, completed in November 2003. The six four-storey blocks all have sea-views and are situated in a peaceful mature valley, surrounded by established private villas. |

| The secure accommodation enjoys communal swimming pools (a large adults pool, and a smaller, shallow kiddies pool) two tennis courts, small childrens play-area and 10,000 square metres of gardens. The pools are open from June to September inclusive, and closed in winter. The beach is only around 600 metres away, downhill, and can be accessed without crossing any main roads as a pedestrian underpass takes you beneath the coastal highway onto the 7km long promenade. |

While the elevated position of the complex gives great views to the sea, it does mean that the walk back from the beach/coast road is uphill all the way. While this is not particularly steep, we would not recommend Casa Santiago to anyone with walking difficulties.
