Firstly, check availability on our availability calendar. This is updated regularly, and should indicate whether or not your preferred dates are free. When you have selected, please e-mail or telephone with the dates required, and we will confirm availability status. We will then hold those dates for a period of no more than ten days to allow payment of £100 deposit. Please note that for late bookings (within six weeks of departure) the full rental cost, plus key/damages deposit, is payable at the time of booking.

The booking form that can be found by clicking here should be printed out, and signed by the lead name in your party. This form must be returned along with the cheque/bankers draft for £100 payable to Kevin McCoskrie. On receipt of the form and deposit cheque, a written confirmation will be forwarded.

Once the accommodation cost has been paid in full (six weeks prior to the start of your holiday) instructions on how to get to Casa Santiago, together with the apartment key, will be forwarded to you by post in plenty of time for your holiday.
