Children are welcome at Casa Santiago, although please note that while we are happy to provide a travel cot free of charge, we have no other facilities for the really young. Pets not allowed.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your preferred dates, and as a deposit for damages and loss of keys. Changeover day during the Summer season (April to October) is Sunday, but is negotiable at other times of the year. Access available on your day of arrival from 2pm onwards. On departure the apartment must be vacated by 11am.

A further payment equal to the full rental cost must be paid no less than four weeks prior to the arrival date, and once paid this is not refundable. Assuming no damages, the full £100 will be returned to you as soon as the apartment keys are posted back to, and received by, the owners. Only a reasonable cost to cover repair/replacement of any damaged item or lost key will be deducted from the deposit.

No liability will be accepted by the owners for any injury or loss sustained during their stay by renters of this property. As with all holidays, we advise that you take out holiday insurance at the time of booking to cover you against losses or costs involved in cancellation, illness, injury, theft etc..
