Willow People Project (2002) – Artist-in-residence in eight local schools with traditional basketmaker, weaving with willow, and expressive artist's willow charcoal workshops (charcoal produced on the Somerset Levels).
The pupils' dramatic portraits of the basketmaker weaving his basket were exhibited during Somerset Art Week 2002.

 

Peat Moors Visitor Centre (2002) – Artist-in-residence in two schools to produce tryptych on the history of peat digging based on an oral recording project. On permanent exhibition at the Peat Moors Centre, Shapwick, Somerset.

 

Frome Family Centre (2002) – Workshops with teenage mothers

 

Black Swan Arts (2001) – Artist-in-residence in primary schools to create illustrated books of Grimms Fairy Tales (linked with exhibition of David Hockney). The books made by the children are in their school libraries.

 

Parkfield School, Taunton (2001) – Artist-in-residence to create community painting of the town involving painted by the entire school.
On permanent exhibition in the school.

 

Avalon Special School, Street (2000) – Mural project on a musical theme.
On display at the school.

 

North Cadbury, Somerset (2000) - Art and Reminscence Project – Artist-in-residence in North Cadbury School and with community to produce textile tryptych - portraits of local people from 1900 to 2000.
On permanent exhibition at North Cadbury School.

 

Warminster, Wiltshire (1999) – Warminster Townscape created as a community project in all nine schools in the town
and with the community on Saturdays.
A 3-month artist-in-residence project with
Warminster Town Council.
Townscape tryptych on permanent exhibition in Warminster Library.

 

Frome, Somerset (1996) – The Heart of Frome – community painting with over
150 contributors of all ages. On display in Frome Library.
