Our villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Pêra, on a small development with views across open farmland to the sea. Due to its elevated position the outside area is very secluded with a mature garden surrounding the property. There is a choice of external dining areas, one of which is built-in, together with sun-bathing terrace, south-facing pool and a delightful bamboo covered barbecue area which is engulfed with bougainvillea for much of the summer. Beaches are less than a ten minutes drive away and there are many restaurants and a golf course within a similar distance. Other attractions including Zoomarine and The Big One waterslide park are nearby, or you can visit the busy resorts of Albufeira and Armãçao de Pêra which are also ten minute journeys by car. The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms both with air-conditioning and patio doors to pool area, two twin bedrooms (both en-suite) with fans, full bathroom, fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, built-in electric oven and gas hob. There is also a large lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV,DVD and video. Patio doors lead to the pool area which is fully furnished with sun-loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. The villa is also equipped with a burglar alarm, safe and a metered telephone (calls payable locally). Lets are normally Saturday to Saturday (flexible out of high season)- 2pm arrival and vacate by l0am on departure day please. Maid Service, bed-linen and towels included (except beach towels) Free welcome food pack on arrival. Cots, high chairs and playpen can be arranged (paid locally).
