Our Apartments
They are all self contained and comprise of a reception, one or more bedrooms, a kitchen
and one or two bathrooms. All are fully furnished and equipped with a comprehensive range
of cooking utensils, cutlery, linen and towels. Every apartment is carefully inspected to
ensure a high standard of cleanness before each tenancy begins. Typically they have one,
two or three bedrooms.
How much do our apartments cost to rent?
The typical price ranges for the properties that we let are as follows:

What is included in the rent?
The rent includes heating, lighting, constant hot water, a colour television and covers
all taxes. A telephone can be arranged on demand, and will cost extra.
Are there any additional charges?
There is a standard charge which covers the end of stay cleaning and laundry costs.
What is the letting period?
The minimum letting period is one week, and the maximum is six months. Should you, for
example, require an apartment for a ten day period, then we would charge you on a pro-rata
basis.
Are viewings possible?
Yes, viewings are possible. Should you wish a representative or friend who may be either
visiting or resident in London to inspect the apartments on your behalf, then we would be
pleased to arrange this without obligation.
Where are our apartments?
Our apartments are in the areas of Hampstead, Swiss Cottage, Belsize Park and
