NON PAPUA NEW GUINEA CITIZENS All foreign visitors to PNG need a visa. There are fees for all visas. Personal cheques and debit and credit cards are not accepted. You can pay in cash (in person), or with a company cheque or money order payable to the High Commission. Multiple Entry Employment Permit
