We now offer a creche facility for our members located at Just Learning Nursery on Monks Lane, call us for more details.

Non-members are welcome to any class at a charge of £4.50 or £3.00 for the shorter classes.

Please note that some classes are not included in the membership. Payment is additional and is given to the class instructor. Class passes can also be obtained.

Suitable shoes/clothing is required for each class.

Pilates Jon Moyse and Linda (Various)

Pilates is a progressive form of exercise based on core stability and correct alignment of the spine and pelvis, with the aim being to create flowing movement in a controlled manner. It is good for improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility, co-ordination, stamina, strength and body awareness. Before it is possible to attend pilates classes, it is necessary to have at least two 1-1 sessions in order to learn the basics of this method of exercise. 1-1 sessions cost £25.00 per session and last approximately 1 hour. Gym members receive a £5.00 reduction on 1-1 sessions.

**Teenagers Boxercise (Various)

A form of boxing without physical contact with the use of mitts and focus pads. Boxercise develops aerobic fitness, co-ordination, balance, and timing and is a great stress buster!

Resistance Circuit (Monday 18:30 - 19:30)

A challenging circuit class comprising of weight focused resisitance stations with the use of barbells and dumbells that includes cardio interval tracks.

Aerotone (Tuesday 9:30 - 10:30)

The class gives you a fantastic cardio vascular and toning workout. It consists of high/ low impact aerobics, enjoyable choreography and is a great calorie burning class.

Cardio Bouncing (Various)

A zero-impact exercise, rebounding provides many benefits for you and your body and is great fun. Plus, unlike many other aerobic activities, rebounding places no strain on the joints of your body.

Body Conditioning (Tuesday 19:15 - 20:15)

This is a fun, high-energy class with 30 minutes of aerobic exercise followed by toning using weights, bands and floor exercises.

**Belly Dancing (Tuesday for beginners, Wednesday for intermediate) £5.00

Here is a chance to learn the art of Middle Eastern Dance, which promotes grace and suppleness, There is no need to book, just turn up and try it! This is a mixed ability group and beginners are very welcome. For further information call Judi on 01635 383396
