Directions

From M20.
Take Junction 10 off M20.
At roundabout take A2070 usually signed Brenzett, but signed Hastings on required exit road.
Go straight over first roundabout, then after 0.6 mile (1 km) take left hand turn A2070 signed Hastings, Lydd and Hamstreet.
Keep following signs to Hastings and Hamstreet and after 3.5 miles (6 km), take turn right signed to Tenterden, Lympne and Hamstreet B2067.
At ‘T’ junction (within 200 yds), turn left down into Hamstreet.
At Duke's Head pub turn left onto B2067 signed Hythe, Ruckinge.
After 1.5 miles (2,3 km), in Ruckinge before the church, turn left up Ash Hill.
The Old Rectory is 0.5 mile (0,7 km) at top of hill in on the right.
