Directions The village of Snettisham is located on the B1440, north of King's Lynn after travelling on the A149.
Before you reach Dersingham having passed the Sandringham and Wolferton signs, the A149 diverts left onto the bypass. It's better if you go straight over the roundabout to go through Dersingham and Ingoldisthorpe on the B1440 and then on to Snettisham.
Once in Snettisham travelling from the King's Lynn direction, turn right at the Compasses pub into Church Road . After about 100 yards, the road bends to the left, turn left into School Road .
Turn right after about 15 yards into The Courtyard. Wagtail Cottage, 6 The Courtyard, is directly ahead. The parking space is immediately in front of the door and marked '6' on the kerb.
If you miss the turn at the roundabout before Dersingham and travel up the bypass, don't worry. Simply turn back (south) into Snettisham when you reach the end of the bypass after roughly 2 miles (another roundabout). Pass the Queen Victoria pub on the right, Church Road (miss Old Church Road) is then on the left after the small village square.
