Terms and Conditions
  1. Once the course type and duration has been agreed, we will send you a written quotation by fax or email.
  2. Your written confirmation (email or fax are acceptable) is required to secure the booking. Confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  3. We will send an invoice in pounds stirling for all course fees on receipt of booking confirmation. This must be paid in full at least 7 days before the start of the course. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or by cheque drawn on a UK bank account. (Bank transfers will incur a £15 surcharge).
  4. If you are unable to attend the course on the date booked, the following charges will apply:

Notification more than 15 days before start date:

No charge

Notification 7-15 days before start date:

50% of tuition fee charged

Notification less than 7 days before start date:

100% of course fee charged

Bookings can be made for any week or combination of weeks during the year, subject to availability. To secure preferred dates, early booking is advisable.
