eLearning Regions and Cities Conference: Oxford 2005

Information for Exhibitors and Sponsors

Exhibitors

The exhibition area will be in and around the main hall, where coffee will be served on arrival and during the breaks, and where a buffet lunch will be served each day. 2x2m and 3x3m stands are available, with the basic set up (walls, lighting, chairs, table) included, and various other extras available on request.

Full exhibitor information can be downloaded in our Sponsorship and Exhibitors' Pack, here (170k PDF file).
Please note these dates in your diary: Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 June 2005, in Oxford.

Exhibitors will be able to park in the long term car park for the train station, which is across the road from the conference location (see the location map 48k).
It will be possible to unload exhibition materials immediately outside the Said Business School, on the east side of the building, in Rewley Road. Please note that this is not a location where it will be possible to park, so do not plan on doing more than unloading here!

The stands will be set up late on the afternoon of Monday 20 June, but we recommend not dressing your stands until the morning of Tuesday 21 June. Although delegates will be arriving for the sessions to start at 10.00, there won't really be an opportunity to visit the stands until the first break at 11.30, so there will be plenty of time to get things sorted out on the morning itself. There will always be someone on reception in the Said Business School while the venue is open.

Exhibitors already include:
The Association for Learning Technology (ALT)
pebblePAD

Sponsors

There is a full range of organisations which have already supported or sponsored the development of the conference. If you would like to see your organisation alongside these names, please contact Andrew.Brown@elearnaccredit.org, or download our sponsorship and exhibitors' pack here (170k PDF file).

Sponsorship opportunities will include delegate packs and inserts, coffee breaks and lunches, and various other opportunities for obtaining a high profile for your organisation not only alongside some existing powerful names, but also in front of our delegates, who will be coming from regional authorities, education providers and technology companies across the UK and internationally.
