About us
Noah's Place is a small family-run bed and breakfast, owned by Humphrey and Nathalie who live on the premises together with their little sons, Noah and Jonah. To book a room, please contact us using the details below.
The house (built 1792) stands on a lovely broad Georgian High Street in the old spa village of Spittal. It is just a few minutes walk away from the sandy beach and its promenade with far-reaching views to Holy Island and over the river to Berwick itself, two minutes drive away.
Staying at Noah's Place, you will find yourself in cosy rooms with king size beds, surrounded by books, pictures and antiques. If you wish, you may relax in the pretty walled garden or next to a wood-burning stove in the café, which also serves as the breakfast room and general lounge for guests.
Most importantly you will have the security of knowing that your breakfast comes from certified organic sources. We believe that food should be free of artificial additives, and produced in an environmentally friendly way using humane and conscientious farming practices. Such food is also healthier and tastier. We are well-served locally by two 'green' shops in town, and by local farmer's markets.
We offer a choice of traditional English breakfast (with vegetarian option) or continental breakfast with croissants and home-baked bread.
