Noni Juice
How Much, How Often, How Long
If
you haven't tried Noni Juice before, you should consider a number of things
before starting this regime. The
benefits gained by drinking this juice are that the body gets the goodness, and
then fights the challenges that your body has.
So you must feed the body consistently.
This
juice seems to help the body absorb medication better, so if you are taking
prescribed medication, you should consult your practitioner. Noni Juice is only a fruit juice, however the
quality is such that it can sometimes effect medication and your condition
should be monitored, especially if you are taking blood thinners or drugs to
control your blood sugars.
Decide
when is the best time for you to take the juice.
I recommend first thing in the morning, and then nothing else for
20 minutes. Certainly not coffee, tea, or wine!
However, it may be more convenient for you to take it last thing
at night, or spread it out during the day before meals.
Avoid caffeine and tannin as much as
possible either side of taking noni.
In my opinion, Noni Juice is expensive. So, I would recommend that you use it wisely, and do not waste it!
Drinking a bottle of noni juice in a day is extreme. Even if you have an extreme condition, you should consider how best to absorb the juice. A lot of the juice drunk is passed completely through your body and wasted. Yes, you want it absorbed as it passes through, and the larger the quantity going through the more is likely to be absorbed. And as the juice travels through it does go past bits that may be causing you problems, but there are other ways.
Specifically an atomiser or eye-dropper. An atomiser which dispenses about 0.1ml per 'push', can be used say 10 times every hour, but only dispenses 1ml of juice. You may even need to spray every 5 minutes if you have an extreme condition. But remember, spraying under the tongue helps the juice to be absorbed quickly, and certainly quicker than through the stomach.
Atomisers are relatively easy to get hold of, and can be quite discreet. You can often buy an atomiser or eye-dropper from your local chemist. Remember, decant the juice from an unshaken bottle, as pith can block the spray hole.
For example:
To stop smoking, drink 1 fl oz in the morning, and a full 10 sprays every waking hour,
and following meals.
If desperate for a cigarette, take another 10 sprays before 'lighting up'.
Even the most addicted smokers' taste buds will be receptive to the juice, and expose the 'bad'
taste of the cigarette's tar.

So, How Much, How Often, and for How Long …
It is best to start low as there can be a 'detoxifying' effect. Though rare, this can give a slight rash, like teenage pimples, or loose stools for a day or so. But once your body is used to this tremendous juice, you then manage your 'dose' by monitoring the changes and the effects that occur.
I suggest 5ml a day for a few days,
10ml for 3 more days,
then up to 15ml for a few more days,
followed by 30ml for another 7 days.
From then on you must decide how you feel.
1 fluid ounce, 30ml is suggested as a daily maintenance dose for those who are content
with their health and energy.
More juice should help those with more persistent health challenges. Support that regime with regular sprays during the day.
The
above in 'teaspoon' (about 5ml) measures: 1
teaspoon per day for 3 days, then 2 teaspoons per day for another 3 days, then
3 teaspoons per day for 3 more days.
The next week, 6 teaspoons per day for the full 7 days. You can spread these teaspoons out during
the day, but remember, not tea, coffee, wine or spirits for 20 minutes either
side of taking the juice.
Those
that have had fantastic results, usually decide to continue taking a
maintenance dose forever. Some stop for
a while, but most start again, and then stick to a daily dose.

Most
published doctors recommend that you try the juice for a sustained period of 90
days, where some will find an effect within days, others can take longer. All writers suggest that 3 months is a valid
trial period.
You
cannot overdose on Noni juice, though excesses of any juice can give your
digestive system a run for its money!
I
have known some arthritis sufferers taking 4 fl ozs per day, and a middle-aged
man with severe cancer was taking 8 fl ozs per day. But many others find benefits with a single dose of 30ml (1 fluid
ounce) in the morning.
Remember
you can also use the juice topically.
Use a lint free cloth, or simply drip the juice on and spread it using
clean fingers. Even better, spray it on
