Scale
model building is a complex task requiring mental and physical dexterity
and endurance. Often, modellers do not emerge from their workbenches for
hours or even days. This simple recipe will ensure that the model builder
in your life is happy, healthy and content during extended sessions.
What
You Will Need:
4 litres of Diet Pepsi, chilled
6 pork sausages, fresh
1 model kit, 1/35th scale armour preferred
5 new knife blades
1 tube of body putty, warmed
1 bottle of Extra Thin Cement, fresh
Paint, sandpaper and decals to taste
About a gallon of fresh water.
Preparation
Steps
1.
Chill Diet Pepsi until ready to serve.
2. Grill sausages. Place them in a glass bowl on the workbench at the
builders left wrist.
3. Wash model parts thoroughly and dry, then arrange in the box for maximum
eye appeal
4. Put new knife blade in handle
5. Arrange putty, cement and sandpaper in semicircle directly in front
of builder. Separate water from decals until ready for use later in the
week.
6. Approximately three hours after builder enters the workbench area,
offer the Diet Pepsi and several small Band-Aids, if needed.
This simple quick recipe is a winner among builders, and remember that
you can to use it daily or for special occasions, such as the night before
a really big model meet held in a hot, cramped community centre.
