Education aBc Oxford Summer Course Photos 2005 - Activities

We have been doing lots of fun things this summer, from punting

... to karaoke ....

(whether with lots of boys - or lots of girls - together, or with mixed groups)

... to Indian dancing (the girls all love dressing up in the exotic silks!) ...

... to ballroom dancing ....

... to yoga ....

... to bowling ...

... to ice skating ... and much, much more!

We also have a lot of Crazy Games we play, from limbo ...

... to the box game ...

... to the reaching game...

... to simply pass the balloon relay!

And the tug of war...

And our famous egg game!

And, of course, parties! Parties to celebrate arrivals, parties for the last night of a course, parties for birthdays, parties just for fun! These are some photos from our 80s Party, which students planned and staged (with a little support from Fari) to raise money for Save the Children. Students spoke to local businesses to get prizes donated for raffle prizes, entrances were charged at the door, and various students offered a range of make up services (including coloured nail varnish!) - all the money went to charity ... and the dressing up went to some people's heads!

And, of course, discos!

We have also been to lots of different places on excursions, including Blenheim Palace ...

... past Westminster and around Trafalgar Square ...

... and Bath ...

... and Stratford-upon-Avon

But some students get very tired after a full day out, and they have to have a sleep on the coach on the way back!
