To apply now

  1. Download the application form here, in PDF (237k) format.
  2. Fill in the application form with your details
  3. Return the application form to us with your payment and a photograph (for your ID card)

All applications must be accompanied by a deposit of £400 (four hundred pounds sterling). The balance will be due before the start of the course, and by 8th June 2009 at the latest.

The PDF (Portable Document Format) version should display correctly on any computer. If you do not have a reader pre-installed on your computer, you can download one free of charge from www.adobe.com
