This 1st floor self-catering apartment was recently renovated to a hotel quality standard and is suitable for both business and holiday visitors. Access to the flat is provided by stairs and lift. The lounge consists of seating and a dining area for a maximum of eight. The bedroom has a double bed which can be divided into two singles if required. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge. There is one bathroom and a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and convection oven. All linen is provided and there are cable TV, washer/dryer, telephone and fans available. House cleaning is once a week (more can be arranged at an additional cost if required). The beds are made up upon arrival. There is a small balcony and parking is provided off the street on a first-come, first-serve basis. Supermarket, traiture, bakery and pharmacy are within walking distance. All rooms have marble floors and furnishings are fresh and clean and in keeping with the warm Mediterranean climates. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, but central heating will keep you nice and warm during chillier periods.

There are tourist attractions for all ages, festivals and conferences. There are also many artistic events throughout the year, and facilities for swimming, sailing, fishing, tennis and walking. Why not take a look at the casinos, shop at the market or along the Rue D'Antibes? There is easy access to the many nearby places of interest, including Antibes, Nice, artistic villages and museums.
From The Airport
The train from Nice to Cannes takes approximately 25 minutes. There are three trains per hour, between 5.42am in the morning and 00.10am at night. Taxis and buses are available from the station to the both airport or flat. From The Flat To La Croisette/Conference
Centre in Cannes
To
get to La Croisette by bus, walk to the near end of Boulevard de la Source, turn
left onto Boulevard E Gazaganaire and pass under the small bridge towards the
roundabout. At the roundabout turn left and walk past the petrol station where
you will se a Bus Stop. You may think that it is going in the wrong direction
but wait here as it is the last stop on the route of of town, so the bus will
turn around at the roundabout then go back into town.

The
flat , which is across the road from the sea, is no more than a ten minute
walk away from The Croisette and only about fifteen minutes from Le Palais Des
Festivals. One can thus stroll or take a short ride to the centre of The
Croisette, as well as enjoy the relaxing coastal environment once out of the
immediate city centre.
The bus from the airport goes to Cannes Town Hall from
where you will be able to get a taxi to the flat. The bus departs
daily every half hour from 9am to 10pm daily - be sure
to check for any changes
