Sigi acts as a partner in the clinic, part-time lecturer at the University of Nottingham, and freelance lecturer for Physiotherapy Seminars. Sigi developed Physiotherapy Seminars, a freelance international teaching company specialising in advanced manual techniques of the spine.

Sigi also worked with Olympic athletes during the Sydney 2000 Olympics in Australia.
